PRE PAID Tri Band Services

MTNL is offering Pre-Paid Broad-Band services at 256 Kbps initially  for its valued customers w.e.f. 7th June 2006. The detailed instructions in this regards are as under:

Please bookmark this URL so you will be able to successfully log-off after each session.

After Service provisioning ,customer will be required to buy Recharge coupons on regular basis as per thier requirement.These recharge coupons will be available at all sanchar haats and Customer Services Center.Subscriber will also have option to buy recharge coupons through credit cards on the link provided by the first available page on the site.

*PLEASE use your telephone number as your user id so that it easy to remember in case password recovery and troubleshooting.

*PLEASE do not close your logout window so that you can logout properly.Open new explorer to brows.

To the offer services,Registration will be done on "1500" and Sanchaar Haats/Customer Services Centers of MTNL Delhi.For provisioning of services registration form has to be got filled from subscribers.

For provisioning of services registration form has to be got filled from the subscribers.The form for Postpaid Broadband services will be used for this service also.

All the complaints related to the Prepaid Broadband Services will be handled by Broadband Call Center “1504”.

Plan convergence from Prepaid to Postpaid will be allowed but from Postpaid to Prepaid conversion will not be allowed.
